So this past weekend i had two “college talks”, one with my dear friend Graeme Scott and one with a friend’s dad. And between the two i feel like i was given a broad scope of what college life will be like. After some thought though, it dawned on me just how tangible college and the real world really is now. I look back at freshman year, a time of blissful ignorance and a blatant disregard for responsibility, a time that represents a stark contrast to the here and now. Now that college and all that crap is just around the corner, I’ve deen shying away from the topic more and more. But these conversations I had, really put everything into perspective.
Oh well i’m sure none of you want to listen to an old guy such as myself ramble on and on about life, so I’ll keep it short. Enjoy what little time you have being a kid, whether it means getting drunk everynight and sleeping with every one you meet or enjoying a quiet night watching an old funny movie. Just appreciate the hell out of everything.
